I’m Kathya Siewrattan, a REALTOR® with over 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. I became a mortgage agent in 2019 to further support my clients’ property and financing goals. My background also includes IT & banking.
My experience spans homes, investment properties, small businesses, pre-construction, development land, leasing and property management, including Landlord and Tenant Board matters. It also includes construction, zoning, building codes and permits.
I bring honest advice, reliable support, practical guidance an abundance of resources to every step—from exploring financing to negotiating offers. I build trust through clear communication, careful research and attention to detail.
